• Analyse der VAS-Nutzungsraten und Definition von Zielkunden • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur Steigerung der Conversion • Schulung von Mitarbeitern unserer Händler (Front Office, Kasse, Finance) zur aktiven Nutzung der Value-Added-Services • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Regional Sales Vertrieb und Produktmanagement • Monitoring von KPIs (DCC take-up rate, revenue per terminal, FX margin) • Identifikation von Low-Performance Kunden und Umsetzung von Performance-Programmen • Erarbeitung und Durchführung von Präsentationen, Vorträgen und Messeteilnahmen • Bundesweite Reisetätigkeit
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Acquiring, Payment oder Kartenumfeld • Gute Kenntnisse von Kreditkartenprozessen (Visa, MasterCard etc.) • Verständnis von DCC/FX-Modellen, Revenue-Sharing-Strukturen, Finanzierungen • Sprachkenntnisse: Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau und verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse. • Anwendungssichere PC-Kenntnisse • Führerschein Klasse B (3) • Geeignete Möglichkeit, um von zu Hause auszuarbeiten (Homeoffice)
