📋 Description

• Demonstrate and install Nilfisk industrial cleaning products at client sites • Train customer staff on equipment • Work on customer sites throughout the North West • Complete repairs within contracted service level agreements • Make follow-up calls to install additional parts • Perform Portable Appliance Tests (PAT) • Carry out scheduled planned maintenance services • Follow workplace procedures, Health and Safety rules, and technician procedures • Capture accurate client data and update jobs in real time • Provide accurate, detailed reports for every site visit • Order parts through the central database and maintain van stock levels • Maintain the company vehicle to a high standard • Liaise with sales colleagues to deliver equipment to customer sites • Maintain demonstration machines after use • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals

• Strong understanding of industrial cleaning equipment • Ability to troubleshoot and repair various types of machines • Effective communication with clients • Ability to understand client needs and provide excellent customer service • Ability to analyse problems and develop effective solutions promptly • Effective time management and task prioritization • Ability to meet deadlines • Strong attention to detail • Ability to adapt to different work environments, machines, and equipment • Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues • Ability to speak clearly and confidently to groups during equipment installation and training
