📋 Description
• Connect with prospective and existing clients through calls, emails, and follow-ups • Learn about each client’s goals and provide personalized recommendations • Support clients through onboarding and ensure smooth product setup • Maintain accurate and detailed client records in CRM systems • Conduct periodic check-ins to provide ongoing support and strengthen relationships • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and success
🎯 Requirements
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple client accounts • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment • Prior experience in account management, client services, or sales is a plus
