📋 Description

• Help grow Paires' network of family offices and high-net-worth individuals • Work alongside the senior investor team on live mandates • Qualify allocators • Prepare investor briefs and briefing notes • Run follow-ups and maintain investor relationships between deals • Identify family offices and HNWIs who back US startups • Earn first conversations and grow an independent book of investor relationships • Support investor qualification, briefing, and follow-through on live deals • Establish a monthly rhythm of first conversations with family offices and HNWIs new to Paires • Develop toward managing an independent side of the investor network

🎯 Requirements

• Experience building an allocator network through wealth management, private banking, a family office, placement, or personal initiative • Demonstrable relationships opened independently • Ability to explain a method for finding suitable investors, earning initial conversations, and remaining useful afterward • Understanding of investors' activities, ideally including direct allocations into US startups • Strong listening orientation and respect for allocators' time • Strict discretion and confidentiality regarding names, allocations, and conversations • Experience using AI tooling to run pipeline and preparation • Ability to overlap with US Eastern time for a few hours
