• Convert inbound host enquiries into signed properties • Train and embed strong sales processes locally • Provide ongoing pipeline and performance coaching • Support early-stage partners through launch and growth • Maintain accurate pipelines within the CRM (HubSpot) • Track conversion stages and next actions • Ensure consistent follow-up and deal progression • Report on conversion metrics and blockers • Support newly launched partners during their first growth phase • Provide structured sales and system onboarding • Help embed best-practice consultation frameworks • Build confidence in handling objections and closing deals • Deliver practical sales coaching to franchisees • Run monthly pipeline reviews and performance session • Support call frameworks, scripts, and objection handling • Embed consistent use of CRM and reporting tools • Act as a commercial partner to franchisees using the service • Hold regular monthly check-ins • Identify conversion gaps and improvement opportunities • Share insights and benchmarks from across the network**
