• Manage clinical and patient administration, including GP letters, prescriptions, test results, and urgent clinical correspondence • Oversee GP record workflows, ensuring accuracy, follow up, escalation, and tracking • Act as a central liaison between patients, GP practices, and internal clinical teams • Support office operations and facilities, including visitor management, supplies, deliveries, and meeting coordination • Provide administrative support to finance, including invoicing and basic financial processes • Attend meetings, capture actions, and track follow ups to support delivery and accountability • Support internal events, office culture, and day to day staff needs • Assist with health, safety, and compliance, including fire safety procedures and onboarding support
• Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within a healthcare or clinical environment • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to correspond professionally with patients, clinicians, and external partners. • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook. • High attention to detail and accuracy, especially when handling confidential patient data. • Confident and welcoming interpersonal skills, able to engage positively with a wide range of people. • Able to work independently and use initiative to resolve issues as they arise.
