• Own the operational reporting rhythm of the UK business, maintaining an accurate and timely view of performance across weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles. • Own customer operations processes, ensuring the integrity of customer reports while generating meaningful insights that drive better outcomes for customers. • Work closely with compliance, product, tech, and investment teams - from ensuring our regulatory reporting is watertight to getting new products and investment vehicles off the ground. • Drive operational excellence and scalability across all processes, working closely with global teams to optimise tools, automation, and ways of working to deliver consistently better outcomes. • Own and project manage strategic growth initiatives across the UK business - from launching new funds and product features to identifying opportunities through customer and market research.
• 2-6 years of experience in operations, fintech, financial services, or a high-growth startup. • Demonstrable experience owning operational processes - financial, regulatory, or otherwise - with a strong track record of accuracy and reliability. • Comfortable reading and working with financial data: P&L statements, AUM figures, fee schedules, and reconciliation reports. • Familiarity with the UK financial services regulatory environment; experience in an FCA-regulated firm is a strong advantage. • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides) is essential. Experience with Metabase, Zendesk, Iterable, or GMass is a strong advantage. • You take ownership. You follow through on commitments, work without hand-holding, and hold yourself to a high standard even on routine tasks. • You are a clear and confident communicator, able to work across different functions and senior leadership and hold stakeholders accountable to deadlines. • You are highly organised and can manage a wide range of recurring and ad hoc responsibilities simultaneously without dropping the ball. • You are detail-oriented to a fault - especially when working with financial data, client information, or regulatory submissions where errors carry real consequences. • You are curious and project-minded - not content to simply execute tasks, but always looking to improve how things work. • You are deeply aligned with Wahed’s mission to build an inclusive, ethical, and interest-free financial system for everyone.
