📋 Description

• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness • Prepare and review financial statements in line with UK/Irish GAAP requirements • Manage cash flow, budgeting, and forecasting across the business • Oversee AP/AR, payroll coordination, and day-to-day financial operations • Ensure compliance with UK and Irish tax, statutory, and regulatory requirements • Partner with leadership to provide financial insight that drives decision-making • Build and strengthen internal controls and financial processes as the company scales • Support audit processes and liaise with external accountants/auditors

🎯 Requirements

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) • Proven experience as a Financial Controller or in a senior finance role • Strong knowledge of UK and/or Irish statutory and tax requirements • Hands-on experience managing month-end close and financial reporting • Fluency with US GAAP • Experience in a PE-backed or multi-entity environment • Familiarity with ERP/accounting platforms (Sage, NetSuite, or similar) • Experience operating across both UK and Irish entities
