📋 Description

• Build and maintain the analytics layer for customer acquisition, onboarding, growth, and retention • Develop propensity models, growth dashboards, activation funnels, and commercial GTM reporting • Partner with Customer Experience, Sales, and Success teams to deliver dashboards and analyses for operational decisions • Analyse customer behaviour, commercial performance, and retention patterns to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities • Support onboarding and self-serve product teams with activation, engagement, and friction insights • Design and analyse experiments to test growth hypotheses and optimise commercial metrics • Build analytics designed for self-serve and AI access • Contribute metric definitions and domain knowledge to the semantic layer • Work with Data Services & Governance to ensure consistent GTM metrics across BI and AI tools • Share knowledge, maintain standards, and contribute to the data community • Establish core analytics-layer improvements and deliver analysis or tooling that influences commercial decisions

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience working across both insights generation and analytics engineering in a SaaS environment; fintech experience is a plus • Solid proficiency with Python, SQL, and dbt • Experience with BigQuery, including complex transformations and performance considerations • BI tool proficiency such as Looker and LookML • Understanding of GTM metrics, customer lifecycle stages, and revenue outcomes • Strong data visualisation skills • Understanding of analytics outputs for AI tools and self-serve analytics • Comfort with Git-based workflows and CI/CD practices for analytics code • Strong ownership and delivery discipline • Solid understanding of data contracts, including schema agreements, ownership, and SLAs • Applications must be submitted in English • Must be legally allowed to work in the selected location
