We want you to remain invested in the prospect through the sales cycle • Maintain and manage a high volume of daily activity • Work together with sales and marketing to align with the company's goals • Achieve & exceed targets and goals set
• Native-level English speaker – MUST • 1+ years of SDR / BDR experience in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS startup environment, ideally within an enterprise sales motion • AI-first mindset – comfortable leveraging AI tools and approaches in your sales process • Curious, coachable, and a strong story teller • High energy, positive attitude • Strong time management and organisational skills • Familiarity or willingness to learn tools like Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Powtoon • Demonstrated ability to exceed quarterly goals • Willingness to work US hours at least 2 days/week • Excellent work ethic and drive to succeed
