📋 Description

• Provide professional leadership across every therapy discipline • Lead and develop the AHP, addiction, creative and talking therapies workforce across all divisions • Champion access to NICE-recommended psychological interventions, including CBT, DBT, EMDR and CAT • Drive quality improvement, clinical audit and outcome measurement in therapies • Lead preceptorship, induction, CPD, clinical supervision and workforce development programmes • Shape policy, multidisciplinary working frameworks and student placement partnerships • Represent Priory at national professional forums and networks • Embed evidence-based practice and trauma-informed, strengths-based approaches • Foster a culture of continuous improvement across the organisation

🎯 Requirements

• HCPC-registered Allied Health Professional, or accreditation with BACP, UKCP, BPS, BABCP or another relevant body • At least five years’ post-qualification experience • Significant senior therapies leadership experience in a hospital, residential or community setting • Specialist expertise in areas such as adult mental health, addictions, eating disorders, CAMHS, secure services, learning disabilities, trauma or neurorehabilitation • Proven track record of quality improvement • Collaborative, positive and visible leadership approach
