📋 Description

• Provide clinical quality and safety assurance and support across Priory sites in the South West of England and Wales • Provide quality and safety leadership across a portfolio of Priory services • Provide assurance, challenge and support around clinical quality, safety and regulatory compliance • Work with sites on improvement plans, audits, inspections and regulatory requirements • Analyse quality, safety, incidents and patient experience data to identify themes and drive learning • Lead and support investigations, reviews and safeguarding activity where required • Provide coaching, advice and training to improve practice and embed standards • Build relationships with clinical and operational leaders • Share learning and best practice across the region • Contribute to wider quality improvement projects • Travel regularly to hospitals and services across the region

🎯 Requirements

• A relevant clinical or professional qualification, with significant post-registration experience in a clinical or healthcare setting • Senior-level experience in quality improvement, clinical governance or service leadership • Strong understanding of regulatory standards, including CQC, MHA, MCA and DoLS, with knowledge of the relevant Welsh requirements • A proven track record of improving quality, safety and clinical outcomes • Experience of leading change, projects and quality initiatives across complex services • Strong leadership, coaching and influencing skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across a matrix environment • Confidence working with data, using insight to identify risks, measure outcomes and drive improvement • Safeguarding experience, ideally with experience as a Safeguarding Lead • Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and work to deadlines • Must live within the South West of England and Wales region • Full UK driving licence required • Willingness to travel regularly to hospitals and services, including 2–3 nights per week and occasional overnight stays
