• Proactive outreach and acquisition of hospitals, hospital networks and medical care centers (MVZs). • Maintenance and follow-up of contacts, activities and opportunities in the CRM system (HubSpot). • Support in the preparation for and participation in trade shows, conferences and events. • Collaboration in planning and executing sales and marketing campaigns for lead generation and pipeline development. • Understanding of clinical workflows to identify challenges faced by potential customers.
• Completed degree or vocational training in a commercial field or in a medical setting. • Experience in sales or inside sales in a B2B environment; prior experience in the healthcare or hospital sector is a plus but not required. • Confident, customer-oriented and professional manner in phone calls, video calls and emails. • Structured, independent and solution-oriented approach. • Proficient use of CRM systems (ideally HubSpot) and openness to new tools and digital ways of working. • Strong motivation for customer acquisition (especially cold calling).
