📋 Description

• Manage the fund valuation process with fund administrators and portfolio teams • Liaise with administrators and internal teams to ensure timely, accurate investor reporting • Identify and implement process improvements through tooling, automation, and procedural upgrades • Manage month-end processes and price updates for tokenised funds and strategies • Establish fund administrator oversight frameworks and valuation governance • Monitor pricing sources for illiquid and complex assets • Improve portfolio valuation tools and processes • Implement data quality controls and reconciliation routines • Coordinate fund audit processes • Define data ownership and validation standards for fund performance, AUM, and exposure reporting • Drive consistency and automation across internal and external reporting packs • Oversee tokenised reporting integrations, including smart contracts and on-chain data transparency • Provide project management and manage infrastructure and process improvements • Plan and execute new fund and strategy launches • Oversee counterparty due diligence and documentation maintenance • Manage relationships and account openings with exchanges and smart wallets • Represent Fund Operations in investment committee meetings • Maintain and evolve operational risk frameworks and risk control self-assessments • Track performance against key risk thresholds and parameters • Manage third-party risk assessments for MPC wallet providers and exchanges • Implement incident reporting and root cause analysis for operational breaches • Oversee client onboarding and coordinate AML/KYC activities • Create onboarding metrics and manage subscription and redemption flows • Prepare group-wide financial reporting, quarterly reporting, forecasting, budgets, and performance reviews • Manage group-wide liquidity and develop P&L and liquidity dashboards • Oversee client invoicing and on-chain revenue collection and reporting • Manage sales incentive programs and commission tracking and calculations • Collaborate on inter-company transactions and financial strategy and performance KPIs • Contribute to new business and product expansion initiatives and support other business areas as needed

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of operations experience across Crypto, TradFi and/or FinTech, at least 2 of those in Investment Fund Operations or Fund Administration • Self-starter with the ability to work with a high degree of ownership in a fast-paced and demanding environment • Strong work ethic and results focused, accountable for consistent results • Highly organised and adaptable to changing requirements and priorities • Ability to quickly convert problems into solutions, actions and execution • Excellent communication skills, both written and ability to influence across a variety of internal and external clients and partners • Demonstrated success in change management • Ownership mentality and strong accountability • Structured, process-driven approach with a mindset for continuous improvement • High integrity and strong communication skills • Calm under pressure, able to work cross-functionally and independently • Pragmatic, dependable, and solutions-oriented
