• At least 2 years of B2B or territory-based sales experience • Clear communication and presentation skills • Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage your own schedule • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel frequently • Strong follow up skills and attention to detail • Experience in cheer, dance, athletics, or related industries • Existing relationships within schools, gyms, studios, or performance programs • Experience working in field based or relationship heavy sales environments • Salesforce familiarity or comparable CRM skills
