📋 Description

• Lead the full stack Product Catalogs team responsible for Reddit’s advertiser-facing experience • Build UIs, APIs, and backend systems that manage advertisers’ products • Create a catalogs system scalable to support billions of products • Work closely with product managers and designers to craft user experiences • Collaborate with teams from Ad Formats to Ad Delivery for end-to-end product ad delivery • Establish and manage team SLAs • Mentor the team and advocate cross-functionally • Contribute meaningfully to team strategy and future planning • Work with knowledge graph teams to power organic shopping

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in backend or full stack product development • 2+ years of experience managing engineering teams • Highly technical, with the ability to solve complex problems and guide the team in solving them • Ability to work independently and make decisions and solve problems autonomously • Ability to collaborate effectively with teams in a fully-remote environment • Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences • Candidates must be based in the UK or the Netherlands
