• Provide Level 2 sales support to partner sales teams. • Manage all partner-referred leads and own the complete sales cycle. • Ensuring a clean pipeline, and accurate forecasting for direct referrals to Remote. • Support sales enablement with the design and deliver comprehensive on-the-job training sessions. • Own the Slack sales support channel. • Ensure timely closure of all deals while maintaining the accuracy and cleanliness of Salesforce records. • Continuously iterate on the role framework as it develops, adapting strategies and processes based on feedback.
• Proven experience in channel sales, sales, or partner management, ideally in a SaaS or technology-driven environment. • Sales Expertise: A deep understanding of the full sales cycle, including managing complex sales processes. • Relationship Management: Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills. • Salesforce Expertise: Experience using Salesforce (or similar CRM). • Problem-Solving: Proactive approach to resolving partner challenges. • Training & Enablement: Ability to train and enable partner teams with strong communication skills. • Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills to ensure accuracy in Salesforce. • Adaptability: Comfort working in a fast-paced, remote environment. • Team Player: Collaborative mindset. • Writes and speaks fluent English, proficiency in French is preferred.
