📋 Description

• Develop and guide Remote’s partnership strategy across various partner verticals to increase pipeline generation • Scale existing partner verticals and explore new partnership motions • Build and own Remote’s global referral partner motion and oversee the performance and growth of hundreds of referral partners • Identify, prospect, negotiate, onboard, and manage referral partnerships across accounting, tax, VC, PE, legal, HR, payroll, broker, finance, recruiting, and advisory ecosystems • Define and execute partner segmentation, incentives, enablement, and engagement models • Serve as internal executive sponsor for key referral partners from acquisition through retention • Design scalable referral programs, revenue-share structures, co-selling motions, and lifecycle management • Maintain product and market knowledge to identify partner-specific use cases and referral triggers • Collaborate with Sales, RevOps, Legal, Finance, Product, Support, and Marketing • Build referral-focused campaigns, co-branded assets, landing pages, and content • Build and nurture a referral partner community • Develop reporting on referral performance, pipeline influence, revenue impact, and partner ROI • Optimize referral programs using data, partner feedback, and market needs • Represent Remote at industry, partner, and community events and travel periodically to meet top-performing partners

🎯 Requirements

• Prior partnerships experience in HR Tech and/or payroll-related companies • Proficiency in AI tools such as Claude Code • Proven track record of independently automating processes and building applications • Strong strategic judgment and execution ability • Demonstrable, self-driven results that moved a product in the right direction • Outstanding written and spoken communication and collaboration skills across departments • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken • Experience working in a remote environment is a bonus • Ability to travel periodically to engage with top-performing partners in person
