📋 Description

• Build, manage and grow relationships with key accounts across your region. • Develop and deliver strategic account plans that support business growth and maximise commercial opportunities. • Drive sales performance through proactive account management and regular customer engagement. • Monitor account performance, analyse data and identify opportunities to improve results. • Build strong relationships with Stellantis stakeholders and collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent customer outcomes. • Monitor market trends, competitor activity and industry developments to identify new opportunities. • Maintain accurate account information and activity using CRM systems. • Represent ROI and Stellantis professionally during regular customer visits across the region.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in account management, business development or field sales within the automotive industry. • A proven ability to build, develop and retain strong customer relationships. • Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify opportunities and drive sales growth. • Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and turn insight into action. • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities across a regional territory. • Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. • A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the region.
