📋 Description

• Calculate regular commission and bonus payments and meet strict payroll deadlines • Communicate targets and compensation statements promptly • Manage and respond to queries professionally • Produce and collate compensation-related documentation • Prepare and maintain dashboards and reporting across various platforms • Ensure corporate data integrity and consistency • Prepare and distribute reporting across the Commercial organization • Review processes and work methods to improve efficiency and effectiveness • Build and maintain relationships within the Commercial organization and across the business • Work as part of the global Sales Operations team to support the Commercial organization • Collaborate with Sales and Finance on accurate completion of activities

🎯 Requirements

• Highly numerate with excellent attention to detail • Strong Microsoft Excel skills • Able to thrive under pressure in a busy environment • Flexible “Can do” attitude • Organized approach to all tasks • Good team player with the ability to work on own initiative as required • Ability to communicate confidently • Excellent time management and deadline oriented • Experience working with large volumes of data • Experience with Salesforce Lightning or other CRM systems • Knowledge of and experience with Business Intelligence platforms (e.g. Sisense) • Previous experience in a fast-moving, sales-oriented company • Strong business acumen • Educated to degree level
