• Own Saltz.App’s expansion in your city! You’ll find and contact new venues, meet chefs and managers, demonstrate the app, and support their orders — from cozy lunch spots to Michelin-level restaurants. We’ll train you and give you the autonomy to own your day and your results. • You’ll be out in the field, visiting restaurants and kitchens. Your mission is to introduce chefs and owners to a marketplace that genuinely makes their operations easier. • You’ll manage about 10–15 meetings per week and be responsible for follow-up to ensure no lead is left unresolved. • You will plan your weekly schedule (with guidance as needed) and work toward meeting or exceeding targets. • You’ll demonstrate our application to chefs in their own environment, showing how Saltz simplifies ordering and makes it reliable. • You’ll use our CRM (don’t worry, we’ll train you!) and other tools to keep notes on your progress so the whole team can support you.
• Whether you’ve run a kitchen, managed a bar, or worked as a concierge, you understand the fast-paced world of gastronomy. Career changers are welcome! If you’ve had sales internships or part-time customer-facing roles, that’s a strong plus. • You’re energized by being out in the field, entering kitchens, and building face-to-face relationships with chefs and managers. • Very good spoken and written German and English skills. • You’re comfortable leading conversations: you know how to listen, solve problems, and close deals confidently. • Bonus: fluency in additional languages besides German or English.
