• Identifying and generating sales opportunities through outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up • Developing a deep understanding of each stage in the lead generation process • Independently qualifying leads using BANT or CHAMP methodology • Managing and optimizing your own book of business and pipeline • Handling complex lead generation calls across diverse technology domains • Driving large enterprise initiatives and building strong executive-level relationships
• 1-3 years of successful sales development experience, preferably in technology • German and English language skills • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to effectively break down complex technical information • A proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and goals • Strong lead qualification abilities (BANT or CHAMP) • Demonstrated success in managing your own book of business and pipeline • Experience working with digital and marketing initiatives • Proficiency with CRM applications • A Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred
