📋 Description

• Close collaboration with the entire sales team • Support the sales team in managing and developing existing and new customers and in maintaining relationships with vendor partners • Prepare quotes, contracts and presentations in close coordination with the sales team • Maintain and update customer data in the CRM system • Coordinate appointments, follow-ups and internal alignments • Assist in the preparation of customer meetings, events and campaigns • Support the creation and maintenance of sales materials, pricing/calculation tools and reports • Contribute to the optimization of sales processes • Assist in responding to tender requests (RFPs)

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial training or an equivalent qualification • Basic understanding of IT or cybersecurity • Professional experience in inside sales, ideally in an IT or cybersecurity environment, with strong attention to accuracy and reliability in pricing calculations, documentation and CRM maintenance • Confident user of MS Office and CRM systems • Strong communication and organizational skills • Team-oriented, structured and able to work independently • Friendly and professional manner in customer interactions
