📋 Description

• Report into the Head of Intelligence • Take ownership of high-value projects and client programmes across global and national brands • Manage high-value client programmes end to end, including delivery, briefs and budgets • Act as a trusted senior partner to clients and identify opportunities to grow account scope • Lead social listening, trends and audience insight projects • Lead insights projects end-to-end, from research design and analysis through to visualisation and delivery • Manage junior team members and ensure the quality of team deliverables • Lead new business pitches for the Insights team and independently deliver proposals • Contribute to and lead proposals and scopes with the Head of Intelligence and Client Services • Upsell work and identify commercial growth opportunities • Coach and mentor junior team members • Build strategic relationships across the agency • Promote the agency through trade press, supported blogs, conferences and networking events • Proactively suggest new reading, techniques and tools to support innovation and learning • Potentially provide line management

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience in social and other insights tools (e.g. Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Talkwalker, Brandwatch) • Experience with Global Web Index or similar is a bonus • Proven commercial experience, including upselling work and scoping/resourcing projects • Experience in line management • Experience innovating your own products or solutions is ideally desired • Fantastic attention to detail, organisational and time management skills • Honed storytelling skills • Confidence presenting your own work and coaching others to present theirs • Curious, proactive approach with a can-do attitude • Ability to work in a team-oriented manner, independently and self-motivated • Competent in Microsoft/Google Suite, with a focus on PowerPoint and Excel • Extensive experience working in a senior social intelligence role • Agency experience: social or integrated, with familiarity with the agency way of working • Experience working for multi-market clients • Bonus: experience working on automotive, financial services, retail or travel accounts
