• You represent SocialHub externally as a Hunter. • Outbound B2B sales: cold calling to establish first contact with potential customers. • You handle incoming customer inquiries and actively develop them into sales opportunities. • Proactive outreach and network building through social selling. • 360° responsibility for the DACH sales pipeline — from identification and qualification to negotiation and closing. • Conducting demos of our SaaS product. • Optimizing lead conversion, customer communication, and sales processes. • Collaborating with the Customer Success team to onboard acquired customers. • Contributing to product development by providing feedback to the product team.
• Completed vocational training or degree. • 3+ years of professional experience in B2B sales in a software/SaaS environment. • Strong customer focus and exceptional drive. • High degree of initiative, excellent organizational skills, strong negotiation abilities, and enjoyment in working with diverse personalities. • Strong affinity for social media. • German fluent in spoken and written (C1+). • English business fluent in spoken and written (B2+). • Nice to have: experience with Salesforce.
