📋 Description

• Lead, coach, mentor, and develop the TASKI engineering team • Set clear performance standards and foster a culture of service excellence • Manage recruitment activities and support onboarding of new team members • Identify development opportunities and create growth plans for team members • Manage team performance and resolve conflict constructively • Align resources to achieve business goals and customer commitments • Own team performance, outcomes, and results • Work with Planning teams to maximize efficiency and productivity • Promote and monitor remote diagnostics and remote fix solutions • Source and manage contractors to achieve OTIF and quality targets • Monitor stock levels and reorder points within Amber Park • Support the Technical Customer Service Lead with operational and technical activities • Liaise with Global Technical Support to communicate and train the team on technical updates, new products, and spare parts information • Analyze KPIs, budgets, and business performance data • Implement action plans to drive continuous improvement

• Proven experience leading and developing technical or engineering teams • Strong focus on exceptional customer service and service excellence • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to implement proactive solutions • Ability to analyze business performance and manage budgets • Ability to drive operational improvements • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Ability to engage effectively with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders at all levels • Experience managing conflict positively and achieving win-win outcomes • Ability to collaborate across departments and influence teams toward common objectives
