📋 Description

• Support the operational management of the training supply chain • Act as the day-to-day contact for training providers • Coordinate the delivery, monitoring, and administration of training provision across the NSJS programme • Source and onboard relevant training providers based on Worker needs • Liaise with Team Leaders and local operational teams to assess Worker caseload needs • Identify gaps in existing provision • Map provision and service gaps • Implement additional or alternative provision in response to service changes • Maintain positive working relationships with training providers • Ensure training provision complies with programme requirements, policies and procedures • Monitor performance against agreed measures, targets and quality standards • Support identification of improvement opportunities and implementation of corrective actions with the Training Network Manager

🎯 Requirements

• BPSS (Baseline Personnel Security Standard) • Experience of working in an administration or coordination role • A minimum of 2 A-Levels or an equivalent Level 3 Diploma • GCSE English Language at a minimum of a Grade B (or equivalent Level 2 qualification), OR achievement of a Level 2 in Literacy Assessment at interview stage • Strong administration skills • Good computer/technology skills • Basic numeracy/spreadsheet skills • Good written communication/record keeping skills • Interest in people and willingness to learn • Desirable: Experience working in education, with training providers or on skills/employability programmes • Desirable: Experience of working in a fast-paced performance target driven environment • Desirable: Knowledge of local training and learning provisions available • Desirable: Knowledge of the Clean Energy, Oil and Gas and Industry Priority Sectors • May be required to travel around the UK when needed, including Aberdeen • Must be able to work with programme requirements, policies and procedures
