📋 Description

• Manage successful and on-schedule completion of Workday conversion activities and deliverables throughout the project life cycle • Focus on strategy, scope, risk, escalations, staffing and budget • Ensure adherence to Cloud Deployment Solutions conversion and reporting methodology and best practices • Engage on multiple concurrent projects • Facilitate client discussions on data requirements, conversion methodology and data validation • Analyze risks and implement preventative measures • Research conversion issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective measures • Enhance and maintain internal conversion tools; recommend improvements for business process inefficiencies • Train and mentor less experienced team members • Communicate effectively with team members and clients • Keep the Project Manager informed on project escalations • Complete required Knowledge Bytes to maintain Workday certification • Participate in internal training, Workday Wednesdays and knowledge-sharing events

🎯 Requirements

• 5 to 7 years of experience in HRIS field • Knowledge and experience translating business requirements into system requirements • Knowledge and experience with databases, entity relationships, SQL and Programming • Previous consulting experience either as an internal consultant or with a consulting/software company • Experience in data conversions for Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, or similar applications preferred • Demonstrated project management experience • Ability to travel up to 35% of the time • Workday HCM Certified strongly preferred • Workday Certification is a requirement of the role; candidates who are not certified must successfully pass Workday HCM certification and ongoing re-certification • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Maths, Computer Science, or relevant field of study • Current and future work authorization in the country where applying, without visa sponsorship by Strada • Successful completion of applicable background checks
