📋 Description

• Lead a team of operatives • Organise daily duties • Manage team rotas • Work closely with the Operations team to maintain in-shift hygiene support throughout Production, Warehouse and amenities processes • Ensure all hygiene documentation is completed and constantly audit ready

🎯 Requirements

• Previous supervisory experience in a Hygiene / Food production / chilled environment is highly advantageous • A positive, self-motivated attitude and a proactive approach to getting things done • Strong communications skills and confidence to communicate professionally at all levels • Ability to motivate team members and stay focused under pressure in a fast-paced environment • Ability to build relationships with all kinds of people • Previous experience in a similar supervisory role, ideally within a production environment
