📋 Description

• Provide regular updates to the Consulting Support Manager on project progress, challenges, and achievements • Track project progress, identify and manage risks and issues, and ensure timely, on-budget delivery to client satisfaction • Coordinate assigned internal and external projects or support specific project tasks end to end • Set up projects in OpenAir, including tasks and planned hours • Track project progress and ensure project hours are recorded • Determine and complete coordination tasks proactively, anticipating and resolving challenges • Deliver regular project status updates to the Lead Consultant • Support client relationship management and provide professional, responsive, timely, and accurate service • Handle client communications regarding logistics, participant bookings, and project progress • Coordinate delivery dates and timetables • Book participant sessions and record details in project documentation and trackers • Send participant communications and preparation materials • Liaise with TechOps for implementation and product administration • Complete product administration, including setup, invitations, response monitoring, and report downloads where possible • Coordinate in-person and online assessments, workshops, proctoring, and other delivery elements • Manage post-delivery communications and reports • Support project scope and objective definition and consideration of technical feasibility and costs • Assist with project system management, revenue management, invoice preparation, and invoice tracking • Maintain accurate OpenAir project, user, client, invoicing, and revenue-recognition records • Complete revenue recognition and invoicing in OpenAir where applicable • Coordinate resources for client work with the Project Lead and Lead Consultant • Book and confirm sessions with participants and consultants • Issue SOWs and POs for associates • Coordinate materials, flights, and accommodation as required • Maintain regional internal-material and knowledge-management records in OpenAir, Salesforce, and SharePoint • Review materials, documentation, and reports for accuracy, clarity, and professionalism • Collect, compile, analyze, and securely manage confidential client information • Monitor consultant reports, coordinate quality assurance and proofreading, and issue reports according to SLA requirements • Participate in project reviews and identify process-improvement opportunities • Support other regional or global client projects and participate in knowledge sharing and cross-training • Undertake additional tasks to provide effective service to internal and external clients

🎯 Requirements

• Must speak fluent English and French • Previous experience in a project management environment is preferred • Education/certification in project management is preferred • Proficiency in web-based project management software, e.g. MS Project, Jira • Strong IT skills and ability to learn new systems quickly • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams • Previous experience in the talent management industry is desirable but not required • Ability to collaborate effectively with others, multitask, and prioritize workloads for self and others • Customer focus and ability to provide prompt, respectful, empathetic service • Problem-solving skills, including root-cause identification and escalation when needed • Prioritization and planning skills • Effective communication skills • Relationship-building and teamwork skills • Thorough attention to quality, accuracy, and completeness • Ability to work with urgency and meet service and productivity expectations • Ability to learn new systems, platforms, products, and processes • Adaptability to new tasks, situations, challenges, and ways of working
