📋 Description

• Define and communicate product strategies aligned with Talogy’s objectives • Develop and manage product roadmaps based on market needs, customer feedback, and business goals • Conduct market research and identify product differentiation and innovation opportunities • Collaborate with Talogy stakeholders to define product requirements and specifications • Lead agile product development, including sprint planning, backlog management, and user story creation • Engage customers, partners, and industry experts to gather feedback and insights • Analyze usage data and customer feedback to inform product decisions and improvements • Advocate for user needs and experiences as the voice of the customer • Develop go-to-market strategies, including pricing, positioning, and messaging • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations on product collateral, sales tools, and training materials • Support sales through product expertise, product demos, and customer meetings • Define and track KPIs measuring product success and impact • Conduct product performance reviews and adjust strategies as needed • Report product performance to senior leadership and stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of demonstrated product management experience delivering quality, on-time product delivery while working closely with QA, software development, and project management in an agile environment • Education to Bachelor’s degree level, preferably in a business or technical field; MA or MBA a plus • Technical experience as a software engineer, analyst, or technical project manager preferred • Formal training, certification, or experience in design, contextual inquiry, or other methodologies regarding end-to-end commercial product development and/or requirements gathering • Educational technology, certification and/or assessment/remote proctoring industry experience • Product experience with large-scale SaaS software systems • Experience determining accurate LOEs, owning and developing product roadmaps aligned with corporate goals, objectives, and drivers, and demonstrated project management skills • Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodology • Experience translating between technical details, customer problems, and business impact • Experience working with a UI/UX Developer to refine products and deliver wireframes and requirements to software engineering teams • Experience using Productboard is a plus • Experience collaborating using Microsoft Teams is a plus
