• Drive staffing and WFD opportunities with employers supporting the energy/utility sector • Leverage JPI’s national and local relationship ecosystem • Combine relationships with targeted marketing and cold outreach • Hit clear weekly metrics • Build pipeline and revenue through outreach and research
• Experience in customer-facing work (sales, recruiting, account management, project coordination, or similar) • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Excellent time management skills • Proven track record of driving results and relationships • Ability to make cold and warm outbound calls regularly • Willingness to work outside strict hours when needed • Ability to have tough conversations and address stalled deals honestly • Highly organized with commitments and follow-through
