📋 Description

• Understand clients’ organisations and communication goals • Start the creative brief process for each project • Hand over early creative diagnosis to a project manager • Win and grow new accounts from warm leads • Nurture warm relationships and enquiries • Develop referrals into new accounts within existing networks • Contribute to the business’s strategic and creative direction • Sell video production recording services for client events and global conference presence • Support not-for-profit clients focused on climate change • Work in a nimble, scale-up environment and self-start • Potentially travel internationally for work

🎯 Requirements

• UK-based or legally eligible for UK payroll • Must be located in the UK and have unrestricted right to work in the UK • Must not require UK work visa sponsorship now or within the next 5 years • Strong internet connection • Good quality laptop and phone • Minimum 6 years' experience in account management in video production, event management, communications, social media/content, and/or marketing/advertising • Strong understanding of Google Workspace and CRMs such as Salesforce and HubSpot • Proven track record of developing new business and growing existing accounts • Understanding of and experience in video and content production, including pre-production, production, post-production, narrative/story, and social media • High intelligence • Potential for foreign travel • Experience with NGOs (nice to have) • International work or international client experience across diverse cultures, nationalities, and geographies (nice to have) • Understanding of COP process, UN conferences, and major climate and nature conferences (nice to have) • Video editing, preferably Adobe (nice to have) • Knowledge of current video and content trends, production tools, content styles, and story trends (nice to have) • Salesforce campaigns and reports experience (nice to have)
