• Drive new business development activities and actively contribute to our US market entry • Own the end-to-end sales process from first contact to handover to project delivery • Sell a combination of SaaS solutions and implementation project services • Collaborate closely with project and delivery teams in Germany to ensure successful customer outcomes • Conduct market and customer research to identify opportunities and industry trends • Continuously sharpen the sales approach and identify new opportunities • Manage leads, opportunities and pipeline in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system • Meet or exceed defined sales targets • Independently develop and execute account and market plans supported by action plans and benchmarks for measuring progress
