• 5+ years’ experience in B2B medical device, diagnostics, or healthcare technology sales. • Proven success in territory management, solution selling, and strategic account growth. • Familiarity with the optometry or ophthalmology sector is ideal. • Strong understanding of NHS and private eye care procurement pathways. • A data-driven mindset, using CRM insights and KPIs to shape territory planning and performance.
