• Support delivery operations while developing hands-on Salesforce capability • Prepare workshop and client materials • Capture meeting notes and manage actions • Support user story documentation and UAT coordination • Assist with Salesforce-related tasks and reporting • Create presentations and feature demonstrations • Support project setup (e.g., Jira, time tracking systems) • Maintain documentation and process mapping • Build internal reports and dashboards • Manage selected internal Salesforce admin tasks • Take ownership of smaller internal projects
• Business, management, or information systems graduates • Junior project coordinators, Customer success or account coordinators • Operations or administrative professionals seeking progression • Highly organised and detail-oriented • Strong written and verbal communication • Comfortable with digital systems (Google Workspace or MS Office) • Curious about CRM, AI, and emerging technology • Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
