📋 Description

• Serve as the EMEA People Partner for managers and employees • Translate global People programs into local execution • Provide daily support and employee engagement initiatives • Own EMEA employee lifecycle management • Ensure compliance with local employment law and practices • Drive global People processes into EMEA alignment • Maintain a high focus on data accuracy and audit readiness

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of HR generalist or HR Business Partner experience • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience • Working knowledge of employment law and HR practices in EMEA countries • Hands-on experience with the employee lifecycle • Super-user-level fluency with HRIS platforms, experience with UKG preferred • Strong analytical skills to identify trends in people data • Experience collaborating with external vendors and advisors • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, additional European languages a plus.
