📋 Description

• scope, discovery, design and execution of key results against assigned OKRs and timescales; • Act as the primary point of contact for all communications related to your OKRs, ensuring alignment and buy-in from key stakeholders; • Analyse and interpret relevant data, workforce metrics creating insights to identify future OKRs with a natural focus on continuous process improvement. • Identify opportunities to improve existing People processes, design and implement more efficient solutions, making them smoother, automated and more responsive, ensuring adherence to best practice and relevant legislation; • you will be an out-and-out “doer”, owning the end to end delivery of your own projects (OKRs) by managing every aspect of the process yourself from creating the project plan, writing the comms, creating and maintaining the spreadsheets / documentation, attending all meetings (eg consultation meetings, if required) and closing out the project through to retro; • Develop and execute change management plans to ensure that outcomes are adopted successfully by employees and managers; • Deliver OKRs within budget, effectively manage operational costs, track data, key performance indicators, and proactively identify and mitigate project risks. • Maintain appropriate documentation, status reports, stakeholder maps, and post-project retros ensuring all stakeholders feel well informed • Ensure the employee experience is the best it can be, both for employees, Zepz and of course, for our users;

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in a People Partner or People Project Management role, where you have personally delivered outcomes / OKRs • Proven experience in a fast paced consumer / tech business • A solid understanding of core People functions, processes, and relevant legislation; • Strong proficiency in data analysis and visualisation tools (e.g., advanced excel and Google docs); • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with diverse teams; • Proactive, analytical, and skilled at identifying and resolving related issues. • Happy to roll up your sleeves and get into the details and more than happy with ambiguity and change (in fact, you probably thrive on both);
