📋 Description

• Own the growth analytics for new member revenue squads • Spot opportunities in data and turn them into recommendations • Lead instrumentation on new features • Design and run A/B and multivariate experiments • Build dashboards for self-serve reporting • Challenge assumptions and provide analytical insights • Mentor other analysts

🎯 Requirements

• Solid product or growth analytics experience in a subscription, marketplace, SaaS, or platform business • Ability to own end-to-end analysis for a product area with minimal direction • Advanced SQL proficiency • Understanding of experimentation and statistical significance • Fluency in growth and product metrics • Strong data storytelling skills • Product instincts to generate ideas
