📋 Description

• Lead development of the company’s web and mobile customer-facing products • Help thousands of construction professionals save time and grow their businesses • Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Engineering leadership to align technical execution with business priorities • Drive app usability and stability across web and mobile platforms using industry best practices and innovation • Contribute to strategic-level technical decision-making • Lead and grow the team through hiring, coaching, mentorship, and career development • Drive team execution through sprint planning, retrospectives, standups, demos, and other ceremonies • Foster an engineering culture focused on ownership, outcomes, and delivering customer value

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience leading engineering teams and mentoring engineers in a fast-paced environment, with focus on execution and delivery • Strong leadership skills with high agency, customer focus, problem-solving ability, and an outcome-driven mindset • Expertise in back-end and front-end technology stacks, including Python, JavaScript, Django (DRF), HTML, CSS, React, PostgreSQL, Redis, and AWS • Enthusiasm about modern agentic AI tooling and concepts like context engineering • Active usage of Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor, with constant exploration and search for further efficiency gains • Comfortable operating in Agile development environments • Ability to collaborate across multiple time zones and cultures • Excellent written and spoken English
