📋 Description

• Coordinate delivery across multiple related projects or workstreams to align with programme goals • Maintain high-level visibility of progress, risks, dependencies, and resource needs across the programme • Support roadmap shaping and programme-level planning with Technical Leads and product/strategy stakeholders • Facilitate cross-team alignment on priorities, architectural considerations, and sequencing • Lead delivery activities using Kanban and flow-based agile practices • Monitor work-in-progress, blockers, throughput, and upcoming priorities • Help teams balance feature delivery, technical debt, architectural improvements, and research spikes • Improve continuous flow and reduce bottlenecks between delivery stages • Provide concise reporting for programme sponsors and senior leadership • Track objectives, milestones, and commitments across workstreams • Capture decisions, risks, issues, and actions in a lightweight, traceable way • Help mature TwinStream’s agile, value-driven delivery governance model • Identify, escalate, and mitigate programme-level risks • Coordinate cross-team and cross-vendor dependencies • Support resolution of blockers spanning technical or organisational boundaries • Act as the central coordination point for engineering, Technical Leads, internal stakeholders, and relevant customers • Communicate delivery updates to technical and non-technical audiences • Align expectations around timelines, scope, assumptions, and emerging risks • Support commercial teams with pre-sales, estimation, and contract/change discussions • Improve TwinStream’s delivery framework, tools, documentation, and scalable delivery patterns • Promote transparency, psychological safety, and proactive delivery culture

🎯 Requirements

• UK-based • Eligible for DV clearance • Must meet UK Government residency and right-to-work requirements associated with the required clearance level • Experience managing software delivery across multiple teams or workstreams • Strong understanding of flow-based agile delivery and programme-level planning • Proven ability to identify cross-cutting risks, large dependencies, and structural blockers • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills at all organisational levels • Confidence operating in structured environments without heavy process • Pragmatic, solution-focused mindset and ability to bring clarity in uncertainty
