📋 Description

• Lead discovery sessions with SMB, mid-market and enterprise customers to understand current state, pain points and requirements • Design and deliver tailored product demonstrations remotely and on-site at customer locations • Translate business requirements into scalable solutions, including integration strategies and technical roadmaps • Own the technical side of sales, including RFP/RFI responses, information security questionnaires and Statements of Work • Support Marketing at industry events, trade shows and webinars • Share customer insight with Product and R&D • Partner with Customer Success for implementation and onboarding handoffs • Travel mainly to customer sites and industry events across the UK and Europe, with occasional US trips for team meetings, workshops and Sales Kickoff • Work fully remotely outside of travel and coordinate calendar with the sales team

🎯 Requirements

• Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time across the UK, Europe and occasionally the US, including overnight stays • Fluency in English (native or full professional proficiency) • Existing right to work in the United Kingdom or Italy • 2+ years of pre-sales experience for SaaS or enterprise software, OR 2+ years of hands-on experience using or administering PLM, quality, compliance or supply chain systems in Food & Beverage, Nutraceuticals, CPG or Retail • Strong technical background, including APIs, integrations, SaaS deployments and web technologies • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) • Professional proficiency in Italian is a plus; French or Portuguese are also valued, as is any additional European language • Experience in the Food & Beverage, Nutraceuticals, CPG or Retail industries is a plus • Solid understanding of AI technologies, ideally having sold or used Agentic AI solutions • Experience with PLM, QMS or supplier compliance platforms, or workflow and automation tools is a plus
