📋 Description

• Act as a trusted financial advisor to Business Unit Leaders • Develop and support strategic plans for assigned business units • Evaluate investments and operational decisions using commercial judgment, data, and analysis • Advise the CFO, COO, and Executive Leadership Team on financial and business strategy • Lead accurate financial forecasts with operational teams • Use data analysis and financial modeling to identify trends, risks, and opportunities across client accounts • Support profit improvement plans and track performance • Enhance analytical tools and techniques, including modern analytics platforms and AI-enabled approaches • Own monthly internal management reporting across business units and client accounts • Report on revenue, volume, profitability, savings, working capital, cash generation, KPIs, risks, opportunities, trends, and variances • Establish and maintain KPI frameworks • Deliver external financial reporting for clients and present performance insights in review meetings • Provide financial analysis for contract negotiations, renewals, and commercial terms • Partner with Legal and Commercial teams on financial implications in agreements • Present financial performance and insights directly to clients • Establish an effective Finance operating rhythm and structured processes • Drive continuous improvement in reporting, forecasting, and financial processes • Lead, mentor, and develop Finance team members • Promote data-driven decision-making, continuous improvement, and professional growth

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in accounting, finance, or equivalent experience • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in commercial finance • Advanced Excel and AI skillsets • Strong data manipulation capabilities • Experience with Power BI or similar tools preferred • Ability to analyze complex datasets and translate findings into actionable business insights • Experience leading and developing teams • Strong emotional intelligence • Ability to clearly communicate complex financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills • Proactive, resourceful mindset • High integrity and accountability • Ability to perform under pressure • Client-focused, collaborative, and commercially minded approach • Inquisitive and analytical mindset • Willingness to challenge constructively to drive business outcomes
