• Primary contact for prospective students • Present and explain WBS CODING SCHOOL’s programs and services • Provide tailored guidance throughout the application process • Communicate engagingly across multiple channels (phone, email, chat, etc.) • Conduct applicant interviews • Handle administrative tasks related to the prospective student journey • Identify observations and share insights with the Admissions team and other departments
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills • Open-minded, solution-oriented mindset • Experience in admissions, sales, student recruitment, or customer service is a plus • Passion for the IT industry and emerging technologies • Experience with CRM tools (nice to have) • Knowledge of adult education and the tech industry (nice to have)
• 100% remote role (within Germany, Spain, or Austria) • Up to 180 days outside Germany within Europe • Flexible core working hours • 30 days of paid vacation • Additional half-day off on your birthday • Permanent employment contract
