📋 Description

• Lead the specialist team advising on equity incentives and venture capital tax reliefs • Design and implement share schemes • Guide clients through SEIS/EIS and VCT landscapes • Deliver strategic tax planning for high-growth and private equity-backed businesses • Shape the future of the business and lead strategic growth • Act as an expert adviser on technical and strategic tax matters • Support efficiencies, continuously improve processes, and help shape business strategy • Own and manage project financial growth • Manage a portfolio of clients • Lead business development initiatives • Build relationships with high-growth businesses, private equity firms, and investors • Drive thought leadership through webinars, articles, and industry events • Build working relationships with wider CP teams to support joined-up client delivery • Support team leads in setting operational tone and style • Coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing team • Provide regular candid feedback and foster a learning culture and psychologically safe environment • Potentially line-manage Assistant Managers/Managers • Grow and develop through the career journey with support from Managers and Partners

🎯 Requirements

• CTA, ACA/ACCA or equivalent professional qualification • 7+ years in tax advisory • Deep expertise in equity incentives and venture capital schemes • Proven track record advising on EMI, CSOP, Growth Shares, SEIS/EIS, and VCT structures • Experience with private equity transactions and high-growth businesses • Continuously strive to keep learning • Be brave and willing to tackle new challenges • Be nice and align with Cooper Parry values
