🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in German (essential) • Resilient - You can handle setbacks and pressure with a positive mindset, staying motivated in challenging situations • Results Focused & Data Driven - You are motivated by measurable outcomes; you use data to guide decisions and improve performance. • Sales or Influencer Marketing Background - Experienced in sales or working with creators • Negotiation skills - With a strong understanding of outreach, negotiation, and relationship-building. • Effective Time Management - You thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment. • Strong Communication Skills - You are a confident and clear communicator who brings energy to interactions and the team. • Target Driven - Highly motivated to exceed your goals; proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership • Interest in Influencer & Creator Space - You follow trends and keep up with platform updates • An underlying passion for the planet and sustainability! ⚡️
