📋 Description

• Manage contract lifecycles, including renewals, amendments, license allocations, and terminations for the Subscriptions category • Ensure timely renewals to avoid service disruptions and maintain policy compliance • Lead sourcing processes using RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs • Develop and execute data-driven sourcing and negotiation strategies • Lead cross-functional teams and evaluate supplier risks • Align priorities with Category Managers and Procurement Leaders • Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to define requirements, negotiate terms, and establish KPIs • Conduct market intelligence research and supplier benchmarking • Manage supplier relationships and improve supplier performance • Develop cost models, perform spend analysis, generate reports, and present insights • Identify cost optimization and efficiency opportunities • Partner with IT, Legal, and Information Security on contract evaluation, redlining, and negotiation • Use Oracle Fusion to support the procure-to-pay process and resolve invoice issues • Assist in developing and updating internal policies and procedures • Maintain procurement trackers and databases • Provide information for SOX controls to Internal and External Auditors • Lead continuous process improvements using automation, robotics, and other technologies

🎯 Requirements

• Degree level or equivalent level qualification • 5+ years’ experience in Indirect Procurement, including managing contract renewals and leading sourcing activities • Proven ability to implement multi-site procurement programs achieving measurable cost savings • Proven experience managing relationships with senior stakeholders • Proven experience in commercial and contract negotiation • International experience is preferrable • Experience using Oracle or similar ERP is desirable but not essential • Comfortable supporting new categories • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Able to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks in a changing environment • Strong planning and organizational skills • Innovative in providing and addressing business needs in a changing environment • Proven ability to positively persuade and influence decision making • Desire and ability to challenge the status quo constructively and in partnership with stakeholders • Microsoft Office Suite proficiency, including Word, PowerPoint, Access, Excel, and Outlook • Willingness to experiment and work with new technologies
