📋 Description

• Manage contract lifecycles, including renewals, amendments, license allocations, and terminations in the Subscriptions category. • Ensure timely renewals to avoid service disruptions and maintain compliance with company policies. • Lead sourcing processes using RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs. • Develop and execute data-driven sourcing and negotiation strategies. • Lead cross-functional teams and evaluate supplier risks. • Align priorities with Category Managers and Procurement Leaders. • Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to define requirements, negotiate terms, and establish KPIs. • Conduct market intelligence research and supplier benchmarking. • Manage supplier relationships and improve supplier performance. • Develop cost models, perform spend analysis, generate reports, and present insights. • Partner with IT, Legal, and Information Security on contract evaluation, redlining, and negotiation. • Use Oracle Fusion to support the P2P process and resolve invoice issues. • Assist in developing and updating internal policies and procedures. • Maintain procurement trackers and databases. • Provide information for SOX controls to Internal/External Auditors. • Lead continuous process improvements using automation, robotics, and other technologies.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree level or possess an equivalent level qualification. • 5+ years’ experience in Indirect Procurement; managing contract renewals and leading sourcing activities. • Proven ability to implement multi-site procurement programs that achieve measurable cost savings. • Proven experience in managing relationships with senior stakeholders. • Proven experience in commercial and contract negotiation. • International experience is preferrable. • Experience in using Oracle, or similar ERP, desirable but not essential. • Comfortable supporting new categories. • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Able to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks in a changing environment. • Strong planning and organizational skills. • Innovative in providing and addressing business needs in a changing environment. • Proven ability to positively persuade and influence decision making. • The desire and ability to “challenge the status quo” constructively and in partnership with stakeholders. • Use of Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, Access, Excel and Outlook, and willingness to experiment and work with new technologies.
