• Building and leading an established and growing International sales team as a strategic executive • Serving and effectively working closely alongside the European leadership team to lead and conduct day-to-day business • Own and execute a sales strategy while working closely with key peers across Marketing, Product, Finance, and Operations • Build a strong sales engine; improve sales operations and utilise predictable, repeatable sales roadmaps • Drive accountability and key growth outcomes as it relates to the full sales life cycle • Harness data to drive and proactively modify a go-to-market playbook • Maintain a deep understanding of customer use cases and product capabilities across the B2B and B2C motions • Drive operational excellence and accountability to achieve results • Being a strong developer of talent; inspiring, a true player-coach and a mentor

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in English and German • Must live within commuting distance of our London, UK or Berlin, Germany hubs
