📋 Description

• Turn product and business priorities into predictable, high-quality delivery • Own delivery strategy across key initiatives, ensuring focus on business outcomes, clear priorities, and measurable results • Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, project managers, QA professionals, and security specialists • Set expectations, drive accountability, and remove delivery obstacles • Translate strategic goals into executable plans, manage dependencies and risks, and ensure timely delivery • Continuously improve product delivery from planning and prioritization through execution, release, and post-delivery optimization • Oversee process documentation, implementation, and continuous optimization • Lead change management initiatives and process quality assurance • Manage and improve SDLC efficiency, quality, and performance • Ensure client satisfaction across cost, budget, timelines, and quality metrics • Serve as primary client escalation point for roadmaps, release schedules, delivery issues, delays, and budget concerns • Supervise business analysis and design functions • Own and improve the Service Desk function, including bug resolution, issue response quality, root cause analysis, and resolution processes • Oversee internal SaaS/white-label product development with responsibility for quality and budget control • Lead resource management and capacity planning across IT functions • Ensure onboarding, performance tracking, and upskilling across engineering and delivery teams • Manage the project management talent lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, evaluation, and replacement • Drive cost-effective, timely, high-quality delivery across functional and non-functional requirements • Align development team composition with skill and seniority requirements • Promote a performance-based, results-driven culture • Partner with security leadership to ensure standards compliance without disrupting delivery timelines • Redesign onboarding and audit and optimize project management, SDLC, development structure, resource allocation, Service Desk, cost/performance analytics, and Security functions

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in delivery, program, project, or product operations roles within a technology or FinTech environment • Proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional technology products and initiatives from planning through release • Strong business mindset connecting product and technology delivery with business goals and measurable outcomes • Experience owning delivery strategy, priorities, timelines, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder expectations across multiple initiatives • Strong leadership skills with the ability to set clear expectations, drive accountability, and keep teams focused on results • Experience managing cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Product, QA, Security, and other business functions • Ability to turn strategic objectives into clear execution plans, milestones, and measurable delivery targets • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and removing delivery blockers • Practical understanding of AI and emerging technologies, including opportunities to use AI for product delivery, productivity, automation, and decision-making • Experience introducing or driving AI-powered tools and workflows within technology or product teams is a strong advantage
